“The triune God is a communion of love, and the family is its living reflection.” (Pope Francis, Amoris Laetitia)
Families play a central role in the mission of Jesus Youth. Through prayer, hospitality, and faithful witness, family life provides a nurturing environment where young people are supported and encouraged in their journey of faith.
What began as an effort to support youth ministry has developed into a broader mission across the UK. Today, the Family Ministry accompanies households in living their Christian vocation more fully, strengthening marriages, supporting young families, and fostering faith formation for children and young people through initiatives such as Pre-Teens programmes, pilgrimages, and national prayer activities.
Inspired by the example of Aquila and Priscilla, families within Jesus Youth serve the wider community by opening their homes and lives in service of the Gospel. Through everyday acts of prayer, hospitality, and shared life, families offer a quiet yet powerful witness to faith in action.

What We Do
Family Ministry helps households live their Christian vocation with joy, while also strengthening the wider mission of Jesus Youth through formation, prayer initiatives, and programmes for children and young families.
Supporting families and young parents in growing together in prayer, community life, and discipleship through formation initiatives, retreats, fellowship, and accompaniment.
Serving primary-age children through summer camps and year-round programmes that help nurture faith from an early age.
Organising the annual Walsingham pilgrimage and the Marian Voyage rosary initiative each October across communities in the UK.
